IMST demonstrated a prototype of a multichannel transceiver at ESTEC, enabling next-generation satellites to deploy digital communications, Earth observation, or navigation payloads. This chip simplifies hardware complexity while reducing power consumption, supporting a wide range of radio frequencies. It represents critical European intellectual property for modern satellite constellations, according to Václav Valenta of ESA.
