APT Mobile Satcom opened its new headquarters in Shenzhen, enhancing its role as a geostationary satellite operator. The company, a subsidiary of APT Satellite Hong Kong, showcased its ambitions at the China Hi-Tech Fair 2023, attended by local officials. APT aims to compete in the GEO high throughput market against China Satcom with its Ku-band system, leveraging nearly 100 Gbps capacity.
