L3Harris announces $1 billion expansion in Virginia

L3Harris Technologies plans a $1.27 billion expansion in Virginia to enhance solid rocket motor production for the Department of Defense. Announced on April 15, the Virginia Advanced Propulsion Facilities will double the site's manufacturing space.
