NHIndustries has secured a €15 million ($17.6 million) contract with the NATO Helicopter Management Agency (NAHEMA) for a study on the NH90 helicopter Block 2 architecture. This initiative aims to integrate future technologies, enhancing operational capabilities and ensuring the aircraft remains viable beyond 2040. The study is set to launch between 2026 and 2027.
